ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Osceola Gold Inc. is a Delaware corporation formed in 2012. We went public in 2014 and are listed on the OTC Markets under the symbol OSCI. Our company specializes in extracting and processing gold from the MarryAnn Canyon claims located in the Osceola Main district, which is 32 miles east of Ely, Nevada. The Osceola Main District is a renowned area that has been producing gold since 1872. To date, it has generated over $500 million in gold revenue. However, only 17% of the claims in this district have been extracted and processed, presenting a significant opportunity for us. Additionally, we are proud to share that the largest gold nugget found in Nevada was extracted from our claims. This nugget weighs an impressive 34 pounds. It is worth noting that Nevada accounts for approximately 85% of the gold mined in the United States.

OPERATING RISKS

Investing in any company carries risks, including Osceola Gold Inc. We have faced multiple shutdowns since 2012, due to the discovery of a historical artifact during excavation on one of the claims. These claims are located on Bureau of Land Management land, which has strict rules regarding cultural objects. To ensure compliance, Osceola Gold Inc. must halt production and notify the proper authorities at the organization if something were to occur again. They are unable to resume work until they receive a letter releasing the stop work order.
